Isn't this a MicroSoft product? Is it sold separately from their compilers?
There is an ndmake which is shareware, I believe, and is available at
simtel20 and its mirrors. There must be a whole bunch of other offerings
out there, from GNU make to Lugaru make. Any comments on what is
better/cheaper/more convenient?
