When you get a new feature stable, send me a diff -c3 for it so I can
add it to the official stuff (1.06).  The problem with the Japanese
diffs is that they waited until the last minute, then sent a whole
bunch of independent changes in one huge diff file, and I just
couldn't use them.

Your best chances of getting a new feature in occur when you send just
those feature's changes in diff -c3 format to me as soon as you get it
stable.  When I apply them, I'll send e-mail so that you can begin
sending diffs against them instead of the official stuff.
