It's in ~/libsrc/gr/mouse.c and as it not of any use outside this module
it's declared static there. For changing the mouse appearance you may
want to change the data in ptr16.h. I did so to get a Mac/Smalltalk exactly
lookalike mouse arrow. DJ's mouse arrow is Logo lookalike :-)
