Subject:	paging routine for Stealth / Fahrenheit 1280

I've added a paging routine to the existing Stealth driver from
Csaba Biegl.  This allows you to access video RAM directly on these
boards rather than using the GrPlot, etc calls.  I've passed it to Csaba,
but if there is interest, I will mail it out to other people.
