Subject:	Probably an oft-asked question on this list...

After spending the last couple of days filled with heady anticipation
of getting the desqview/x library, my dreams were just now shattered 
when I found it hadn't actually made it down to my pc.

After I checked permissions on the file on grape, I realized NOBODY 
could download it, not even its owner.  Could someone fill me in?
