The Mathematics Department of Northern Illinois University is in its
annual network reconfiguration process. As a result of the reconfiguration,
the archives at ftp.math.niu.edu will be moving to a new physical location.
During the process, from time to time, the archives may not be available.
Please do not send us mail, we already know; we caused it.
Also, ftp.math.niu.edu is moving. Persons accessing the archives
using the IP Address will need to aquire the new IP Address once the 
change is complete.

Progress-list users note: There may be some small delays in the delivery 
or acceptance of mail to and from the list.  The mail server is also 
moving.
