Subject: | 387 emulation |
I am slightly terrified by DJ's proposition of moving FPU emulation code to math library. I deeply believe that this is OS responsibility to provide virtual machine to user's task. In our case GO32 acts as operating system. If we move FPU emulation to the library, GO32 will become less UNIX and more DOS-like, which I believe is not the goal... How about handling virtual memory by user-installed library functions... :-). Gregory
