I have to agree with davis AT amy. Dos is what it is. If you physically
pick up your box and carry it three timezones (like I just did) you will sooner
or later have to sit down and take a few seconds and type "setime."
If you go past the daylight savings time, just change the time on your clock.
Yes, in a massive global sense your files may have timestamps that are "not
right" but then, you cannot insist that all system setups are perfect (in Dos)
nor can you be expected to allow for every contingency or happenstance.
Two bits are cheap.
