With respect to graphics cards which work under DPMI....

I have a Diamond Stealth 64 DRAM which appear to be able to do a sub-set
of the graphics calls available through LibGRX.  I am able to set video modes, 
remap the pallette for greyscale and plot pixels with no problem.  It is
slow however.  WFW 3.11 does not complain and redraws the screen perfectly.
If I try anything flashier like using drawing primitives I do get a crash.
