Ooops, I don't think I added code to specially handle CTRL-Z

I wrote a tiny documentation file someplace, but I never got it into
the documentation structure.  The sample has a bug in it; it should be
_dxe_load (a name change ...).  Just send me questions directly and
you can write the documentation ;-)
