Subject:	Q: Ftp pointer to pre-built GNU Emacs 19.29?

Given that many people must have compiled GNU Emacs 19.29 for DOS by now,
I'd prefer to avoid building it myself and would like to just download
a copy if anyone has an ftp pointer to a pre-built version.

Please copy me directly as I am not on this list.  Sadly the GNUish project
sites don't seem to have a copy.
