This is obviously a V2 image, and you don't have DPMI.  The distributor
of the image probably should have included CWSDPMI with the package.  In
any case, you can get it as csdpmi0*-beta?.zip from ftp.neosoft.com
in pub/users/s/sandmann - or from your favorite V2 beta distribution site.
