directory where the application executable IS. That is, if your app is
called C:\UTILS\APPS\MYAPP.EXE, put CWSDPMI.EXE in C:\UTILS\APPS.
If that doesn't help, put both the application and CWSDPMI in the
directory you want to run the application and see if that works.
