The problem is that v2.00 programs don't recognize the method of passing
long command lines that v2.01 programs use.  So any command line that
make, gcc, etc., tries to pass to your v2.00 cc1plus can be no greater
than 126 characters or it will fail.

There have also been other minor upgrades to the software; namely
correct packing of structures under C++.  I'm not sure if that is a
feature of 'gcc.exe' or 'cc1plus.exe', but I recommend you get the new
2.7.2.1 distribution anyway.
