You are obviously using DJGPP v2, so there should be a program called 
go32-v2.exe in your bin subdirectory of the main DJGPP installation.  
Please run it, and not go32.exe which belongs to DJGPP v1.x (and which 
you indeed do not need), and post everything it prints.
