There is a known bug in stock Emacs 19.34 regarding sub-processes on LFN 
platforms.  You have several options:

	1) Set LFN=n in the environment before running Emacs (and lose long 
filename support).
	2) Ask me to mail you a source patch, install it, rebuild Emacs and 
live happily ever after.
	3) Wait for a couple of days, and a pre-built Emacs binary
distribution (where the above problem and some others are corrected)
should hit the DJGPP sites.

These bugs are already corrected in DJGPP v2.01, and therefore aren't an 
issue anymore.
