Download every DJGPP package you use.  You should avoid mixing v2.0 and 
v2.01 programs, although they will work together in 99.99% of cases.

That depends on your definition of ``big''.  I would say not big, but
quite significant.  There are also a few new ports of GNU utils that were
not available before (look in the v2gnu directory).
