Something is very wrong if everybody has to develop their own approach
to creating a cross compiler.

In the very latest djcrx201.zip package there is a makefile and
installation instructions in the "cross" subdirectory.  I wrote these
files.  Has anybody else tried to used them?  How can they be
improved?
