If anyone could point me to information regarding TC/IP programing. My friend who uses VB and Visual Studio says VB has an easy to use "library" to do network procedures (he showed me some sample code and it was preatty simple). Is there anything I could get for DJGPP that would make my life easier? Keep in mind I have no network programing experience, and I really don't want to go write in BASIC or buy Visual Studio for that mater :). I think maybe I'll download the code to a Netrek client wich I think is in C and maybe take a look at how they do their networking.... thank you for your time, Fernando Zapata mailto:baron AT mail DOT utexas DOT edu ps. If you would please reply to news and mail I need all the info I can get ASAP. :) -- http://www.netforward.com/thepentagon/?occult or http://ccwf.cc.utexas.edu/~arachnid :to check out my niche on the Web.
