Both are needed. NOEMS disables the EMS memory and NOVCPI disables the VCPI
services. You can't use NOVCPI without NOEMS (at least the DOS 6.22 help
states that).

Don't know, I normally don't use no-djgpp from djgpp programs. I'll see it.
But is the only way to give all the memory to CWSDPMI when you are using DOS
6.22 and yopu want to use the UMBs.
