I have the full Debian-LINUX distribution downloaded.
The files are:
dhcp-beta.deb 81966 Bytes dhcp-beta_2.0b1pl6-0.2.deb
dhcp-cli.deb 68630 Bytes dhcp-client-beta_2.0b1pl6-0.2.deb
dhcp-rel.deb 24358 Bytes dhcp-relay-beta_2.0b1pl6-0.2.deb
dhcp.deb 69944 Bytes dhcp_1.0.2-0.1.deb
dhcpcd.deb 30442 Bytes dhcpcd_0.70-5.deb
How can I decompress it without Debian-LINUX installed.
