The free IDE pcGRASP does a creditable job of beautifying... it can be
reached at 

http://www.eng.auburn.edu/department/cse/research/grasp/

Open your file, then hit the button to generate a Control Structure
Diagram. Either keep the diagram, or remove it. In either case, your
code has been quite nicely formatted and indented by the process.
