1.    Copy the librhtv.a (should be in <your turbovision directory>/djgpp
e.g. C:\DJGPP\CONTRIB\TVISION\DJGPP) into <your djgpp directory>/lib (e.g.
C:\DJGPP\LIB)
2.    Try to use gcc -o <your executable> <list of all your
.o> -lstdcxx -lrhtv

Usually makefile in tv1010s.zip sets -fno-exceptions -fno-rtti so while you
are compiling your c++ sources that use turbo vision's classes, you need to
specify options -fno-exceptions -fno-rtti as well.
