It's not.  CWSDPMI r5 is 20147 bytes - CWSDPMI r4 IS 20473 bytes (keeping 
with the tradition that each new CWSDPMI release is smaller with more 
features).  :-)

If your current CWSDPMI.exe is only 13K it's compressed and violates 
the redistribution copyrights (and can't be viewed/modified with 
CWSPARAM).  See my other thread on evilness and bad luck.  Or it could
actually be a PMODETSR that has been renamed.
