It's not a question of "distribution" whether DJGPP uses long
filenames. It's entirely dependant upon the unpacker and the platform
your unpacking from, alone.
And unless you're brave, or know your way around its quirks quite
well, try *not* to use WinZip for unpacking DJGPP. It may be
user-friendly, sure --- it's just that the type of user it's meant to
make friends with doesn't fit well with the demands of DJGPP.
