No, perhaps I've explained myself wrong. I *dont need* to click-and-drag on
a IDE to develop. Not at all. Im as happy to do everything 'by hand' on a
text editor. Only I'd like to be able to build a nice GUI for the users,
that runs on 'all' windows platforms. From Win 95 to Win2000.

Nope. I take the opportunity that my VB CDs got corrupted, to 'abandon' it,
and 'start a new life'... :-)))
