Do you mean under Windows x86-64? Because DOSBox (from 0.61 on up to
the latest, 0.70) does indeed run pmode apps. The developers do aim it
towards gaming, but it's good for other things (booting some disk
images, taking screenshots, running Win 3.1 inside it [supposedly],
etc.)
