DPMIONE implements full DPMI 1.0 spec, cwsdpmi only partial
DPMIONE has lower DOS (640K) memory requirements than cwsdpmi (when running)
DPMIONE is loaded once (config/autoexec), cwsdpmi auto loads/unloads
DPMIONE includes a built-in extender, cwsdpmi is DPMI only
DPMIONE is non-commercial use only, cwsdpmi is free for commercial use

DPMIONE is a very cool piece of software, Bob Smith did a great job.

Highly recommended.
