There are a few 1.0 features that djgpp looks for, but in general,
even the 0.9 extenders (including cwsdpmi) support some (or all) of
these extra calls.

Some of the unsupported calls include things like mapping device
memory into your virtual memory space.  It would be up to your
application to take advantage of these.
