Off course these files exits. The thing is this: I can compile "normal"
programs but only the program with libxml doesn't work.

I didn't use unzip32.exe but the unzip from my linux machine, so i
uninstalled all the zip files and then moved the unzipped files to the
virtual windows machine.

DJGPP and PATH is also set correctly.
