ncurses is a library.  Please tell who called the ncurses library
functions, and how.

I don't know, but OTOH termios exists many years, so it's hard to
believe it would crash in its initialization code just like that.
Something else is at work here.

Also, which version of the DJGPP library are you using: 2.03 or 2.04?
