stubedit a.exe "Enable command-line wildcard expansion"=no

this fails and just gives me an error and help.  no specific
instructions were figen on how to use this tool to eliminate globbing.

I am sure I am doing something wrong.
help from someone who knows how to do this would be appreciated.
