Some versions of Windows 7 come with an XP mode virtual machine (after
download). It does have some limitations with disk drives, and annoying
design implementations.  I would expect DJGPP to work in there, but have not
tried it.

Windows 7 has the same limitation.

If you want to use DJGPP, stick with XP SP3.
