there are no manuals for stat or fstat built into 4.5.3 beta, there
are no html pages in the project which contain this information (like
what struct it uses).  I think I am going to have to dig into the
header file and mine it out.

having the manual online only sometimes really stinks.

is delorie in need of a donation for hosting?  I noticed the domain is
valid, but couldn't ping.
