Yikes! Guess your Halloween was less candy and more ... boring. At
least you had your trusty "red hat" to cover your head (nyuk nyuk).

Yeah, seems 140,000 are still without power, eek. Not great in cold
times. At least they are working fast to fix it. (It's only in the 40s
around here, and I'm not liking it.)
