Porting or not porting has no bearing on the availability
of a solution within the Cygwin code.  It's there.  So, I didn't.

You said the solution to the problem is to use Cygwin's solution which is to
use a coff-derived PE format, if someone wants to port the PE code from
Cygwin to DJGPP.

The "side-comment" directly clarifies what the "a way around this" means,
otherwise it wouldn't be needed, or it'd be another sentence.
