Hrm, interesting.
After reading your comment, I fired up my old Windows XP machine, and
copied over this very DJGPP_GCC9 folder I talked about earlier, 1:1 onto
my winxp machine, set the environment variables.
And compiled the program successfully.
I have no good enough understanding of the operating systems to have any
clue what that can be due to.
Alas, that thing isn't a viable machine to work on anymore.
