The usual way to do this is to simply create multiple (different)
symbols, one for each group of pins, and in your schematic give them
the same refdes.

Example:
http://www.delorie.com/electronics/rx/rx62T80-breakout.sch

Note: for such symbols, most people use a symbol generator, such as
tragesym or djboxsym, to make the symbols, rather than doing them
manually.
