When you can provide a link to a datasheet containing the exact
dimensions of that potentiometer or even better the suggested land
pattern, then maybe someone can send you that footprint. Or at least
make a sketch and specify outer diameter, pin distance and orientation,
hole diameter, pin numbering...

Some time ago a have made a collection of similar potentiometers myself,
