I find that the easiest way to make such adjustments to your layout
is to use the pcb command feature.  Just select the
pins/traces/whatever you want to modify (or even the whole
layout) and do something like:

  :ChangeDrillSize(SelectedPins, 32mil)

or

  :ChangeSize(SelectedLines, 24mil)

or

  :ChangeClearSize(Selected, 30mil)

This is a really powerful feature and it's well worth familiarizing
yourself with the pcb action list from the manual:

  pcb manual: core actions
  <http://pcb.gpleda.org/pcb-cvs/pcb.html#core-actions>

The actions allow powerful manipulation that would be very hard to
achieve in a GUI without such scripting support.
