I am using a reed switch in a design and I want to place two half circles
of copper on each side of the switch to epoxy steel to so a magnet will
stick to the steel. Using the arc and line function in PCB I created the
outline. Is there a way to fill it with copper or is the ugly way to use
multiple lines lines or should I make footprints in the shape I want
somehow?

Thanks
