As for gschem, if you have the version from git, you have to search for
system-gschemrc in your gEDA distribution and edit it for your taste and
print, or just do:
grep "^(global-set-key" /usr/local/share/gEDA/system-gschemrc|sort -u|
sed 's/^[^ \t]*[ \t]\(.*\))/\1\n/'| groff -Tps -ms |psnup -3|lpr
