Information about the version i use:
$ pcb -V
PCB version 20110918

-----------------------------------------------

Hi all,

it annoys me that pcb is executed without
loading my settings from `~/.pcb/settings` if it's run with a
filename as command line argument. I.e. like

    $ pcb test.pcb

In contrast if i invoke pcb by simply invoke

    $ pcb

all of my custom settings are adjusted correctly.

Is this behavior intended? What can i do that pcb loads my settings
respectively what did i do wrong?

Best regards

Johannes
