So the footprints are actually created by hand (manually placing copper)
for each pin of the relay?  And the schematic will have the symbol with
pins but the netlist will have unconnected signals that I'll have to ignore=
?

I'm using 10 of these relays.  This sounds extremely cumbersome not to
mention error prone.
