For djgpp, download the DJGPP port of the Bash shell
(v2gnu/bsh1147b.zip).  It can be set up to run 'sh' shell scripts from
DOS, as long as you also have any necessary shell programs, which are
also available from the v2gnu directory.  Documentation and instructions
should be included.  :-)
