DJGPP patch.exe is bugged.

I tried to apply the patches to e16.cc which were recently posted to
this list.

Patch.exe reported success but when I looked for the resulting e16.cc,
it was not anywhere to be found.

When I put a copy of the original e16.cc in another directory (rather than
the emu387 directory) and ran patch.exe in that directory, it worked!

I minor point is that DJGPP patch.exe does not create a backup of the
original (e.g. in e16.cc~).
