As you are pointing out, folks have VGA minimum - but not *Super* VGA, which
they need in order to display anything better than "game mode" 320x200 with
256 colors! The 640x480 VGA mode, which allows for 80-column text with graph-
ics, has only 16 colors. This is why a 16-color library is needed.
