Get 4M instead of 4K :-). No, just kidding. I recommend to get SMARTDRV.EXE
from WIN3.1 installed. And, get as much physical memory as possible.
The more physical memory the less paging. gcc2.1 is bigger than it's
predecessors (cc1 alone is 1 Meg and may easily blow up during compile by
multiples).
