There's a file that is missing out of the archives (gcc201 and
everthing else that is at garbo.uwasa.fi)...  I need it to compile
the `contrib' packages (curses, windowing, and tasks), but haven't
found it.  It is the "aedef.h" header file and was wondering if
anyone else has this file.  If someone does could they email it to
me?
