Subject: f2c fix

There was at least one other person (in Germany) whose address escaped me 
for the moment - who wanted to have the fixes I made to f2c to run for me
with unformatted binary files in a larger range (> 40). The current libI77/
libF77 I'm using is in ftp account getz.physik.rwth-aachen.de.
